Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return, in line with UK consumer rights. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain products (e.g., bedding, cushions, or bathroom items) cannot be returned once opened unless faulty.

Refund Process

• Once approved, return the item to the address provided.

• After inspection, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Example: If your ceramic vase arrives with a crack, send us photos immediately, and we’ll replace it at no cost.
