Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery Timeframes
Because we ship directly from our trusted international suppliers, delivery times are longer than standard UK shipping:

• UK & Europe: 10–20 business days

• Rest of the World: 15–30 business days

Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 3–5 days to update.

Customs and Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Example: If you order a decorative wall clock, it might ship from our supplier in Asia, taking around 15 business days to arrive in the UK.
